COOL Hockey Events is proud to announce the 1st annual North American Championships for youth divisions.

COOL Hockey Events has run some of the most prestigious adult events over the past 6 years to include the Beach Bash, North American Championships, Masters, 4 on 4 and the 2005 Women's World Championships. After much encouragement we are now ready to bring the kids in our sport an COOL Event!

Event Info:

Dates: June 27-29th

Cost: $625 per team, 4 game guarentee

Deposit: $150 per team to secure each teams spot in the event. Deposits sent to COOL Hockey Events, 16401 Keats Terrace, Derwood, MD 20855

Divisions: Penguins - 7-9, Beavers 10-12, Cadets - 13-15. Players must be within their respective age groups by December 31, 2007.

Format: Each division will have two POOL Champions (A&B). Teams will play 3 prelimenary games to determine which pool they enter into. Once teams are in their respective pools it is a single elimination tournament.

Equipment: All players must weat helmets with full cage/shield, gloves, shinpads and elbow pads.

Uniform: All teams must wear matching numbered jerseys/t-shirts with simular colored shorts/pants. Matching is defined as same make and color with same crest.  

Prizes: All teams advancing to the semi-finals and finals will recieve prizes, medals and team trophies.

Lodging: Recommended hotel TBA 

Facility: Marple Sports Areana, www.marplesportsarena.com, two indoor sportcourt rinks in a climate controlled arena.
